Wow, I apologize. I remember Aixiz hocking CNI in the past...
Thats what I get for not paying attention.
Lambda pro, though I remember them being powder coat not anodized. Anywho.

I see three lock rings, I'm guessing its still a single pass cavity, sounds like you could rotate the three separate rings there to adjust the beam properties *unless* the optics are press fit with those holding it in place.
If thats the case, then yea: your best bet is to return it or get a telescopic collimator on the end of it.

Yup, that's the sucker, though the front rings do jack squat. Inside there's another ring that appears to hold the IR filter in place, and that's mounted onto a really big cylinder that is also glued into place. I bet if I rotated that entire cylinder, I could adjust it, but that would require opening it up, which I'm not quite ready to do (yet).
I've heard good things about Dr. Maricle, if you can get ahold of him. I think that's what my next step is; tomorrow I'll just try and ask for him. Xia Yang has no idea about these lasers (she didn't even know what the signal/TTL plug was when I tried to describe that it was missing).

It's shipped off. I spoke to Chuck and he said he can hopefully fix it in house without having to ship it off. Here we go again. 3rd time's a charm, right?

Dammit man... You're gonna have to sacrafic a small animal to the shipping gods or something. That thing is gettin some miles on it...

Well at least it's only going to Texas, assuming that they don't send it back to the original manufacturer overseas.
