Checking out the Lasorb page, I see them listed for BluRays, Blues, high powered Reds and Red/IR but none for the greenies. I am going to re-read in case I missed it. Which one are you guys using to protect your 520s?

There is a special version of Lasorb made for direct green laser diodes like the PL-520.
Take a look at this video:
The part number of this Lasorb is: L44-916.
Available directly from Pangolin or my webshop.
