Projector Help Needed Please

Hi all, I have a RGB 1 1/2 watt Ilda/DMX projector. Till yesterday it was working just fine and today it is not doing well.I
try to bring a couple image's up and this is how they look


This is what they are suppose to look like



Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
When I try to enlarge them, they just get taller but now very wide as you see. I disconnected the top galvo and the bottom one was able to widen out but when doing the other way around and undoing the bottom, the top is fine. It also does the same thing when the projector is set on auto or DMX mode when not hooked up to in interface. Are my galvos shot or the driver boards to them.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

I had a similar problem with a set of cheap Chinese galvos and it turned out to be a dry solder joint on one of the pots on the amp.
My problem looked like your first picture except horizontal but never your second, so it could very well be a different problem.
