Default identification and tuning information for CT galvo amp

it turns out the cheap set of generic used galvos i picked up a while back are actually ct6800hpl's.

    neat!

they are also out of tune.

here's a picture of the amps that came with them. can someone identify the cards and the pots?

they came with the thermal paste mess. cleaning that up is another project.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Is there a chip labeled RC44xx on there ?

A clone it is, start by emailing the Romanian folks.

Cambridge would never stand a power resistor on end like that.

Twisting random knobs on a 670xx is not good, especially the offset and agc trim.

i see very small chip that appears to read rc4200m and a number of larger chips that look like texas instruments 24d233k / TL0741.

Good, if you have the RC4200 you have the coil current calculator/ limiter circuit. That is a "Good Thing"
Drive it too hard and it should collapse the image.
