    Default UV Bubbles!

Stumbled across this listing this morning and it got the proverbial wheels turning...

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Gallon-Jug...31064463080%26

Besides lasers, I also have a bunch of other lighting and special effects for events. Saw this and immediately began thinking about the feasibility of this in a bubble machine since I already have ample blacklighting to cover a majority of the ballroom. Which, in turn got me to thinking about mixing blacklights and lasers. And then... mixing in bubbles....

Anyone have experience with a product like this? Cheaper source? Good or bad bubble machine suggestions? I haven't pissed away any money on this crap for like 20 minutes and I'm starting to jones a little.

I haven't used that brand but have done UV bubbles with black lights at a highlighter party. Look pretty cool

Don't do it. You'll get uv-reacting stains all over the place.
Every next time you use blacklight, you can see where the bubbles went.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

Humm.... I can see where that would be a problem. I guess if it were a club it would be ok but, with multiple uses and events, I'd hate to have residue I couldn't clean.

I don't say it can be cleaned, just rinse with plenty water. But the bubbles don't only end up upon the floor, which makes cleaning tedious and time consuming.

I also noted although most people like uv bubbles, a fair share of people are annoyed by these "radioactive" bubbles floating around, and will avoid them getting on their clothes, in their drinks, etc.

Now if these bubbles would cure with uv-exposure, that would be fun !!!

I still would like try these bubbles out, not with blacklight, but with these laser-firefly projectors modded with a 405 diode in it!
