A question for the members from TEXAS

I normally make it my policy to avoid politics (and especially religion) at the forums.

However
with all the recent events that have caused our(USA) elected officials to push for more laws/regs in regards to lasers that the forum members from Texas may want to know about someone running for Texas Representitive from Houston who is on our side in these debates.

maybe this should be done in PMs but
I want to see (from Tx members only please) if any want to hear more. I happen to know one personally and I endorse him. So either here or via PM-please let me know what you would like me to do. thanks--Hak
