I have the 120mW 520nm here in Stock now.
Avaiable for 180€ each net.
They are multimode like the 120mW 445nm Nichias, so 3x1mm @ <1mrad...

that is a shame. I had hopes it would be better. I guess it will match the 445nm 1w diodes then with greatly decreased output.

These are much better than the 445nm we are used to, yes they are multimode.
Above he is referencing a 120mw Nichias not a 1W
leading in trailing technology
