What's the gizmo on the front?, a spatial filter perhaps?

The mount is from the OEM machine the laser was removed from and fits a Point Source (now OptoIQ?) fiber. I thought I would leave it as the aluminum plate helps transfer head from the laser head; these need to run cool. Thanks for asking. Phil
