model 05-LYR-173. The output is a narrow
beam from a collimator on a single mode fiber
about 18 inches long (non-removable). The
minimum output power after warmup is 3 mW from
collimator. The spec is unknown but probably
1 to 1.5 mW. Fine adjustment tube centering
screws may be used to peak power to around
4.5 mW.

HENEMGYL-3D Melles Griot random polarized yellow (594.1 nm) 1 $ 600.00

has a rear end-cap with a hole drilled in
the center for the waste beam making it
possible to add external mirrors front
and rear to obtain other wavelengths.
However, I don't know whether this is
possible or which mirrors would be
required.

Sorry I forgot to add the power supply will drive 10 mW to 25 mW lasers up to 4 KV and 7+ mA current; it has a pot. New.
