    Default A HISTORIC DAY!!

    Believe it or not... I have just created my first 34 seconds of a laser show! Only taken three and a half years to finally put on the big boy pants and give it a shot.

    Now understand... this is Quickshow and I'm using stock cues so... not too heady of an attempt but, it's a start. Kinda fun actually.

    I have big plans for it though... multiple zones, multiple tracks and some DMX firing cues so there may be some stopping and starting for WTF questions.

    Plugging multiple FB3's into the laptop and watching Beyond tutorials yesterday finally motivated me but, I'm starting with Quickshow.

    I must have about six shows I've started and never got more than 30 seconds done.

    I hope to have it fnished today. I'm on a roll and stuck at work basically just babysitting the building until about midnight. The group that's here is just a space rental and needs very little from me so, when they are here each November, it's a great time to fix things and mess with this stuff. I've repaired and cleaned some Martin scanners, fixed a projector, watched some tutorials and spent some time pondering Mount Lasermore and thinking I really need to get some stuff posted on the buy sell thread. I've got far too much shite and far too little green recently.

    It's done! Or at least I got to the end of the song. Couple minor timing things but, should be up soon for criticism.

    I'm just going to upload the show when it's ready as a zip file for those with Quickshow. Is there some way to export it or create something in Quickshow so you see it as a preview? I can't set the video camera up, haze the place and film it until mid week.

    It's to Kelly Clarkson's "Tie It Up". Since I do a lot of weddings, I kinda wanted to start with something wedding related.
