Radiant X4: A Laser Power Meter for the budget minded!

I'v had this product for around two - two and a half months now and its been working like a charm The software itself downloaded just fine and does not give a false-positive. Although i think that the reason for it not downloading for Laserbee was that the AV was blocking the download. (this is just an assumption)

Actually as I posted in Post #37... once the file was changed/fixed I had no problems downloading
it with the same AV running. So it seems it was unlikely that it was my AV.

It was your AV with a false positive. We changed the way we packed the executable.

what is the minimum laser beam diameter that can be applied to the sensor
coating of the X4 at the rated 3700mW without causing damage to the
coating or what is the sensor coating's non damage allowable power density ???

Gee IDK... You would think that someone selling a product on PL
would at least check in once in a while to see if potential customers
needed asked questions about their product answered.

Or at least answer questions about their products from individuals
that have their products and are experiencing problems with said
product.

I still haven't seen a response to my posts or my PMs sent.
Seems like product support is not too important to Radiant Electronics.

They seem to have severe stock issues , build issues
I have been trying to buy one for 6/7 months and release date is constantly pushed back

At the price its really not too much to worry about in terms of support , if i was paying $1000 maybe but at this pocket money price
you really cant expect much.

We are a customer of a second hand X4 and understand that
it is only $100.00 product.

We have an almost new X4 in in the shop that we got on a one
time trade-in deal last year and would like some info on the sensor
coating's rated power at what beam diameter.

There is no definite info on beam diameter in the X4 user manual.
