    Default Optimus

    "Maurice Ward" invented a plastic called "Starlite".
    "Starlite" is a revolutionary plastic, flame retardant.
    "Starlite" could have saved thousands of lives.
    "Starlite" could have "Maurice Ward" leave rich.
    "Maurice Ward" not the formula "Starlite" sold.
    "Maurice Ward" died without disclosure formula "Starlite".
    "Starlite" was forgotten.

    Optimus appears to be equal to or better than the ILDSOS.
    ILDSOS you can buy.
    Optimus gets you only a demo version.
    Optimus = Starlite?
    Gento = Maurice Ward?

    Make beautiful music, and no one can hear is nonsense!

    Hi,

    Gento = Rainer M. from Germany, about 55 Years old.
    Optimus is a Tool to optimize Scanningpathes. He did it for himself and gave it away only to some Friends.
    Works great, but will never be Freeware as far as i know him
    He is a Laserfreak since more than 20 Years with big Knowledge, but now his Hobby is Photography.
    He changed because he is a Little bit angry about the downgrading th Level of Lasershows since Chinese Boxes are
    availible for 300$ and Kids entering the German Laserfreakforum always asking where to buy Lasers popping or burning something or
    where to buy a 1 W Graphic RGB for 250$...
    Greetings
    Guido

    Is this the same Gento who made the scanfail board that PL did a group buy of some years ago, with the LCD panel option?

    You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

    I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

    I do like the fact it's not just a rich man's hobby anymore, that parts are available at lower costs. Allows for more developments and learning through experimentation without breaking the bank. Definitely a mixed bag though..

    I do wish turnkey projectors weren't so cheap and available though to those without any knowledge or regard for safety, as it takes away from those who do put in the time and effort.

    In the show rental business, the worst part aside from the safety aspects is people see too many of the sound to light, 2 degree scan angles and wobbly at that, overused garbage lasers and lose interest in lasers altogether, it has really impacted the business.
