Anamorphic prism pair for 445 nm blue

I'm in the market for another set of prisms for one of my dual 445 knife-edge kits. It seems I must have tightened the bar that holds the old prisms in place a bit too snugly! They're both cracked, and this is completely screwing up the fast axis correction.

Who's got these things in stock, and what would a set cost me shipped to the US (postal code 29418)?
