Default Modulation problem with laserwave dpss diode

    Hi guys!

i’ve a problem with a LaserWave diode and i hope to find a way to solve this...

This laser diode is about 2years old, 1W 532nm green module. Very low use, don’t know exactly how many hours but not so much.
    The problem is in modulation:
When i try to project some images this images are really low brightness, with some images are little bit more, with some it’s like dead…
if i connect the analog modulation to 5V or put it in TTL mode without modulation it works perfect, 100% power! if i connect TTL modulation it’s like half power, if in analog modulation it really really low power.

How can it be? is the modulation part of the driver dead?

    Hope to get some reply,
    thank you so much.

    Hi Lorenzo
    Easy one your using Pangolin.
Check the v+ rail for blanking or colours.

    thanks Clive for reply!

    i'm not using pangolin,
there was a moncha.net installed but it does the same also with my fiesta...
    i don't think it's a software problem...

Have you tried a different cable or checked connectors?

yes, i re-soldered all the cables from the internal moncha.net to an ilda output board!
