Projection mapping can be astonishingly cheap (compared to what i thought might be involved!)
I ended up looking at prices for used Sanyo/Panasonic projectors in the 5 to 7k lumens range earlier this year and a pair could be had for under 3000USD.
Software is also freely available to handle that side of things.
But, if it is perceived to be expensive (and its mainly the content that is the expensive part) then people will still be able to charge appropriately.
Unfortunately, cheap lasers (of questionable quality) are the thing that have dropped the laser display business - but the high end work probably still commands reasonable money.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
