I have no doubt it would be the same for me too. I haven't been able to get any of my scanners to look as good as the ones that left Bill's hands. I came close when I had my TT2 and G120s, but I kept tweaking over the course of a week, many many hours! It really is an art and I am sure as hell no artist!

I learned a long time ago that people eventually forget if you were late on delivery, however they always remember the quality.

In other words, take your time, Steve!

My thoughts exactly. Pangolin have not gotten my scanners to me yet as they are likely slammed so, take your time Steve.

I got word from Pangolin that my glavos will be sent out shortly. Just curious how these were coming along, professor Roberts? I certainly don't want to rush you but even I am starting to salivate at the prospect of tapping the potential

Looks like you did the same thing I did with the Y galvo. You have it turned 180°. I'm not sure how they get flipped in shipping but you can manually flip the mirror around or, when you eventually power it up, it will flip on its own but right now, you have the scanner turned the wrong way.

You are probably correct. When I power it up I will be able to sort it out.

    4 Amps shipped today.

    Amps are progressing.

I need to slog it out with Digikey. The caps they shipped me range from 870 to 1200 pf. They should be 470 pF +/- 10%. They are labeled 470 pf. Too much capacitance makes the amp unstable. Argh. Amps will still ship as I have some 470 pf from local stock. Not having the correct cap screws up the LFD/HFD bandwidth crossover point.
