Beautiful work, Megaton! Are you planning on building more?

Galvos are PT 20Ks (the only size that fit this).
If you feel constrained by the PT-20s, you may wish to consider mounting the galvo drivers (or at least one of them) to the underside of the top cover as it looks like you have "plentiful" available space there. The PT-40s that Eightonlight sells have drivers that measure 7cm x 7.5cm x 3cm and galvos that fit in 7cm x 6.5cm x 6cm or slightly less with cables like you are currently using.

Can you guess how many man-hours it took you to get to this point? Its part of the fun, my first and only projector took me well over a year working on it on and off .....
    Nice build!

    Thanks Jason
    The house was a lamp
And take almost six months to do this (a lot of set backs).

If you can call that a DAC
That is a PT ITRUST (DMX controler)
Jut for testing in the workshop.

    Hi Swami

I like the symbol on yours.
The dimension of mine are 8.5"x4.4"x4.5"
But now I'm thinking is to small
    No fan inside.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

    Thanks David

In this enclosures I already have two single color PJs
And yes I plan to do at least one more RGB.
Thanks for the data on PT-40s but how about the PSU? dimensions.

Ugh, seeing this, I realize I just need to get started building again. Nice results there!

I always thought the PT-iTrust was a board inside the laser housing itself? Or is that just a fancy case...
