Quickshow and Akai APC40

Hi guys, I'm new to PL and wonder if anyone has got the apc40 to interface with the cues on the different pages in QS. If so how? Or can anyone point me in the right direction.

Just for the benefit of anyone arriving at this thread and seeing that this is your first post... I can vouch for Mike, he's one of the 'Good Guys'. He recently came to the UKLEM and fitted in like a hand in a glove, he also has a background with lasers and holography. It was a pleasure to meet you Mike.

Why don't you start a new thread and do a short 'Hello', and let everyone know your history with lasers. It's a nice thing to do to gain the respect of the membership here

Go to the Pangolin "contact us" web page (http://www.pangolin.com/contact/) and send an e-mail to Aaron McDonald. He's got an APC 40 and he was working on a template for Pangolin users... He should be able to help you.

Hi Mike,

I normally go to the UKlem's but was unable to attend the recent one, I have looked into using the APC20, the smaller brother from the 40, some info here that may help,

Many thanks Tony, I will have a look and let you know how I get on. It's strange that in QS it has certain parameters mapped but none of the cues which would be of greater use.

it is the "policy" pangolin: If you want to use a midi console APC40, you have to buy "Beyond" .....
