lumia has been around for ages and ages. it's one of the earliest laser effects.

That is interesting. so do people sell those or is it new and diy right now?

Chauvet makes a cheesy one, but it's more fun to make your own.

+1 to both of these-Kats - They both are local-heros in the wonderfully 'outside the lines' world of producing / playing-with Lumia.. and both International Laser Display Association award-winners, because of it.. I (personally) think that's pretty-frikkin

Here's a few more examples of just-how 'baddass' Lumias can be.. http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...022#post280022 ..they can be quite 'otherworldly', and add a very unique, uncharacterizable (?) quality to even a 'commercial' show.. They're quite enigmatic, even among enigmas..

..And... +1 to You for spelling 'Lumia' correctly.. ...Let's go over it again, people: "Lumia" are mesmerizing, aurora-like laser-projections, created by shining laser-light thru a near-plethora of distortive-optics / glasses / crystal-doorknobs / marbles, etc.. Virtually-endless beauty / fun.. Then add 42..

..."LUMINA", however, (which occasionally rears it's ugly-head, here in PL.. ) was nothing more than a cheesily-styled, gas-guzzling, suburbia-ruling Chevrolet-sedan from the 1990s.. ya know, the ones you saw getting 'blown-up on bad-tv shows' about as frequently as its' hideous older-cousin, the 'Impala' ..Definitely *not* the 'Answer to The Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything', let-alone captivating / spellbinding visually..
