So, the other day two new wiki pages were created.
http://www.photonlexicon.com/wiki/in...title=DAC_list
http://www.photonlexicon.com/wiki/in...=Software_list
They contain a list of DACs and software, to create an overview of what is available. This could save you a lot of time browsing forums and websites gathering information. New users can go to the lists and see what suits them best.
But... there is one problem! Both lists appear rather empty. So if you have ten minutes to waste, go and add the software/DACs you own. If you spot an error, think of a feature that should be added to a product, the product updated, ... then please correct the information.
Here are the rules:
-Stay objective and correct
-Place them in alphabetical order
-No vandalism
Tables are a bit annoying to work with in the wiki. Here's how it's done:
-The "|-" code creates a new row.
-The "||" code adds a field to the row which is placed in the appropriate column
-A list can be created by placing a "*" before some text in a new line
Example:
Code:
|-
| Product name || Manufacturer ||
Description:
* Feature 1
* Feature 2
||
Compatible products || $ 9000+
