Default FA: Laser Power Meter 3W , 1mW resolution

Shameless ad - be one of the first to try my new power meter.
Uses a thermal sensor so no need to enter wavelength ;-)

Also doubles as a hotplate controller for soldering laser diode die.
    Regards,
    Robin.

Why not state the price you want?

    Hi Jim

I'm an engineer not a salesman.
If I auction a couple I can find what people are prepared to pay.
If it is worth my while I will make a reasonable number.
My hope is to pitch it at people who would like a Lasercheck but don't want to spend 300 Euros & would like a flat response with wavelength so you don't have measurement uncertainties.
It will run off 3xAA if you want portable.

Price I think will be 120 GBP to 140 GBP, maybe less if I can get the build cost down.

    Andy,
Sorry - missed your mail yesterday.
Answer as above. Chance of an early one cheap on ebay or wait until I get it costed for a reasonable build quantity.

    Best Regards,
    Robin
