    Default optimum green temperature?

What are people's thoughts on what temp a green module should be running at?

The temp sensors on the modules in the new projector are awesome buy I'm slightly obsessed with just standing there watching them.

Outside case temp of the green doss is sat at 23degrees it didn't go any higher over a time period of two hours.

From what i have experienced over the years anywhere between 23deg to29deg c .
Each laser is slightly different depending on internal design to many variables to give an exact temp
But i would say you dont want the diode block going over 29deg c protection wise if thats what your looking for andy
Anything i have owned starts to rapidly drop off in power after 29deg proberly due to wavelength shift
And most 808nm design to run at 25deg as far as i have read

that's the sort of info I wanted, so 23 degrees is just fine. not to hot not to cold

Yep all good at that . With dpss its about tuning temps with diode and crystal to give best modulation / power
And each laser has a slight different temp to work best

I have had an internal case fire on a green laser ... still works :-)

I have regularly taken greens to such a low temp they stop working .. warm them up again and they work fine :-)

Hardy things 532nm in saying that anything red is Sooooo Much Hardier for temp but Grrrr mess with voltage and their gone instantly !!

    I have an MGL-H greenie from andy_con.
    Thanks Andy,i got it

Andy told it isn't so good.
    The intracavity needs realign.
I refurbished a bit and powered.
After i remove the lid i'd note it has begun haze. The Crystal's TEC is too cold around 10°C
Does the crystals have to be cold?

The LD TEC works good, the diode is around at room temperature(@25% power)

    I found this http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...321#post217321
and I wrote to CNI also for help me to identify the pots.

I matched the pictures of the pots:
