I know safety for visitors is very very important and they were told not to be close to laser projectors, also their camera cellphone or Ipad or digital camera.
But that was a laser effect show at guangzhou exhibition we wanted to show to every visitor, and the guy in my video knows laser as he works at Kvant, i think.
In America, lasers can not scan people by laws. Laser must be placed higher 3M than people in order to keep people safe.
BTW, we have US variance # for our lasers.

A variance wont do you much good if you pump out 10W of coherent light onto the retina . And by the looks of it it doesn't look like it has safezones or anything :P
