    Default Loads of Brilliant Information

    Hi all

In my quest to try and find out more information i've been searching the Net (as you do) and came across this site...

    http://www.lasercentury.com/default.asp

If you click on the 'Technology' button near the top of the screen you will get a drop down menu. Any one of the options will give you LOADS of information on just about anything to do with lasers. The Glossary is HUGE!!!

This info is pretty much along the lines of what I was thinking would be useful for this forum, but I guess this has saved everyone from doing a lot of work

    Cheers

    Jem

P.S. Perhaps one of the Mods would consider making this a 'sticky'.

Interesting how much their website has similarities to www.dreamlasers.com which also in Shanghai. Could it be the same company?????

probably the same webpage designer... I've bought stuff from dreamlasers as well as NLC and they're definitely different companies with different units... fyi, when I asked them, they said they doesn't actually make lasers, they're just a reseller who was one of the first to make inroads into the US.

    A very litteral link
Laser century and dreamlasers have lasers on their site that look like CNI. Anyone know if they are reselling CNIs or using the same housing to build their own, or someone other than CNI building lasers with those housings for the guys in shanghai :S

    They are CNI's.

However, I would be wary about buying from any Chinese manufacturer whom resells CNI.

From what CNI have mentioned, some of these companies are winding up the diode current, to allow them to sell say a 50mw blue as a 80mw blue
