Default First blu ray results in...

First results are in and it looks like this (quick and dirty test at midnight)

threshold like Leslie said around 27-28mA
then with LC set to 405nm

    30mA 2.68mW
    35mA 9.45mW
    40mA 13.3mw
    45mA 17.0mW

Will run some less hurried tests tomorrow and report

    Rob

PS I dunno where they got the name Blu ray appart from it sounds better than violet or purple ray
    it most certainly isnt blue!

    Question

Aww man... No pictures? Those things florece... is that a word? They florece things very nice. It'd be nice to see one at 100mW. You plan on making a pointer like spec's or a module like marconi's?

Better luck next time... spec said he killed a few before he got one going well. I hear they are very static sensitive...

Nice pictures, and VERY useful, I saved them for reference. Thankyou, it's good to know that when (if) mine arrives, I won't be going in blind.
