suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
The P3 does have SBS but you have to order it as so. You do lose open loop sensing but that's no biggy.
I am planning complex graphics with (eventually) very fast scanners. I have been erring on the side of caution and going with the fastest modulation I can afford. I am presuming faster modulation will improve colour gradients and dot formation with graphics, although I don't fully understand how modulation speed effects various graphics.

I have 4 without beam suppression if that is of any use. PM me if you are interested. In the UK tax and duty paid, yes the Post Office did pick up on this one
Cheers
Steve
So what modulation speed do you want for complex graphics?

Keith,
I have 2 stashed somewhere; coupled with Steve's 4 would get you your 6, UK side.
Not sure if they have SBS or not.
Wouldn't want a lot for them as I'm never going to use them.
But if I'm honest, there are far better drivers out there.
LaserTac's ones are ace.
No idea Andy. I asked for advice here but I was no more the wiser really. I was planning on making this build based on other graphics projectors I've either seen or read about - particularly Swami's - as I know they work well for the sort of graphics I want to project. I have a set of CT6800s, DTRs single mode diode bundle x2, want to use the new dicros as tested by Mr Briggs and top end kinematic mounts. Still not sure about lots of things so am going for what I think is best based on how much I can afford.
All advice is appreciated. The more I learn the better
Remember
Actual modulation speed of diode
Is the modulation speed of the diode 0-100% power or 0- diode lasing
