if your looking for outdoors though,, i wouldn't go below 15-20watts,
remember, your competing with LED walls, moving heads, ambient lighting, and typically an LD that done care because they haven't a clue and want to just flash bright lights all night long..
its rare when i get an LD that wants to have a good show, and sync up with you , to dim out the lighting ....
damn shame...

or,, 15 watts balanced .. 4 watts 637 red, 5 watts green, 6 watts 445 blue.. right in your budget range.
