Sadly, if i am able to go, I probably won't be able to arrive until Saturday... Dunno if there are one day passes but due to costs and what not (plus, car really needs new tires) plus the fact that on slow days I used up 95% of my vacation time) I might not be able to do this this year, which I am mega bummed about... More than likely I'd leave Friday afternoon/evening and probably would have to go back Saturday night/Sunday morning at the latest... I did have a little cash earmarked for new scanners, but factor in gas, and I dunno if it's doable...

Saturday is really the "most important" day anyway. They're all important of course but the bulk of the seminar information is Saturday and also the heigth of show playing. Set up still isn't exactly finished but since we normally wouldn't be arriving until tomorrow at noon, we're WAY ahead of the game and already having a good time. I'm in hour 42 of being awake though so...cutting this one short.

GPS took us down gravel road (backwoods serial killer scene)...Then...at end of road, told us "in a quarter mile, make a u-turn"! After that...we ended up at the hotel. And in room by 11pm. The machines are setting us up!

LOL. Yea, one day you'll see a bunch of confused people with GPSs all at some dead end alley then all of a sudden one of those Google Map cars that drives by itself pulls in. But instead of a camera on top, it has a machine gun, and mows everyone down... Well, maybe I'm getting carried away but it might make a good movie for the Sci Fi channel. haha. I see you are from Austin. I lived in Pflugerville 9 yrs before moving back to NC. See you all tomorrow morning.

FLIGHT CANCELED! My flight from DC to Charlotte has been canceled and I will now be arriving around 1230. Originally HankLloydRight was going to give me ride. Anyone else flying in to charlotte around that time or will be able to give me a ride?

UPDATE: Hank says he can wait for two hours and take me, but I would rather not inconvenience him.
