    Default fs/ft Sprectra Physics 2011 Compact CW 488nm Multiline Argon 8-10W

    After listening to the wife bitch at me about this in the living room for year, it is seeing less and less use. I bought it a few years ago, it came from a NASA auction and had about 80hrs on the tube, I have put about 60 hrs on it myself and just don't use it as much as I would like. I would like to see someone else enjoy this compact monster, strikes and lases instantly as the tube is extremely low hours. I would not like to ship this, it will come in the road case for both the PS and Head. Last time it was out I metered it at about 8W and had done a quick alignment as show started quickly. Trades are only considered if its a solid built solid state with dac and software turn key. Serious offers only, I will be taking it to the Timonium Hamfest this weekend should a suitable buyer not find me till then.

    Last I remember there were about 7 lines brighter being the green lines, didn't measure for percentages though.

    Lightbulb

    ..I will be meeting w/ Sir Tom in person, in July, on a p/u for another item (power-supply..), so, if it helps any Easterly-considerations (..Or, sure, Western.. shipping via Pilot out of Roch can be arranged... still have 1-2 usable ion-crates there...) I'm happy to help.. 'Timeframe' / slot needs to be after July 6th, but before the 10th (iirc..) when I jet back home to Cali..

    I'd 'make an offer', but.. already have an SP 2K WL in the NY shop.. Beam is unreal.. ~6W of 11-line Full Color in a 2mm beam.. Diodes, eat yer heart out..

    Bump, will consider a trade for an 4+w of solid state 635/637nm with good beam specs and a decent dac with reliable software.

    If only;

    1) I didn't have a wife.

    After recently running my SP at UKLem, I've a renewed lust for Ion's - I've even started looking into renting a "shop" with 3 phase.

    I'm a sucker for these photons..

    Best of luck with the sale tho.. hope she goes to a good home.

    The wife, or his laser???

    I too share a love for ions. I miss my 60X. I loved that laser. Good luck with the sale!

    Now theres an idea! Definitely more sensible than selling laser treasures.
