geometric correction question

i have a question about geometric correction.
if i set up one for projecting on a wall at specific angle, is it okay to reuse the same geometric correction for a same angle wall but much further or closer?
basically remind me basic geometry plz.

Yes, you'll just need to resize/scale depending on your distance.

This is assuming you are projecting perfectly straight vertically at the wall. If you are from below or above to any degree, as you move closer or further away the angles will change in order to hit the same spot.
