I used to work for a company that makes spectrometers and they gave new employees a copy of the book "The Handbook of Applied Photometry". One of the chapters was written by a couple of the guys who started the company. There is a lot of information about light measurement in it and goes for around $200 new. If you are into the hardcore aspects of light measurement you might find this book useful. I put it on ebay in hopes that someone will buy it.
