I'm selling a couple of single-mode diodes HL63133DG from Opnext-Oclaro (170mW / 637nm bright red)


They were in a red module that I assembled last year. They have only a few dozen of minutes (maximum 2 hours) on them as they only worked inside the workshop, they never worked during a show.

I add that active cooling was used during the assembly, and the maximum current was set to 270mA per diode. In fact this current has been reached only a few seconds during the power measurement. More about +-80mA during alignement phase.

The set include :
-> 16x HL63133DG diodes
-> 16x aixiz module (12mm of diameter)
-> 16x acrylic lenses with 3.3mm focal length giving a beam of 1.5x2.5mm, 0.8mrad full angle divergence
-> 16x LASORB for red diodes

Asked price : 1000€ for the whole set. Invoice available for the ones who live in Europe . Price is VAT excluded.

PS : each diode is in perfect working condition.
