Module wire is broken.

Green module (temperature sensor?) wire is broken.

It was had problem this wire, then I need to re-solder the wire.
The wire soldering torn again (but I don't understand why). I tried soldered again, but the wire is torn next on module house now.

I have written letter the LW support and waiting the reply.

The LW blue module is working perfectly, but the Green........I'm not happy.

if its still under warranty they will ask you send it back...I have sent back 2 now with that same problem

I look forward to your reply LW, because something is not right with this module.
I bought the LW module, because I belive of the reliability module from them, but I'm not satisfied now.

im pretty sure those wires are the feeedback to the tec controller. its a temp sensor

Is this the 1W OEM-V-S module?

I'm interested to know how it is getting torn, are these modules being moved around a lot, or is the wire under some sort of tension?

Simple 500mw OEM pro module.

From the beginning, there were problems with overheating. Then I can saw torn by soldering the module.
Then I got instruction the LW support and I did soldered the wire.


This weekend I can see, the module reduction of the light output. I looked for the cause. I saw that the other wire soldering is broke.
I tried soldering the wire, but the wire is broken in the module house.

I waiting the LW reply, but so far no responses.

LW support is correct, because exchange the module. Great.
The laserwave support it is best!

The new green modules is arrived. The exchange new Green module is amazing! Better than the first green module.
Better wiring, better brightness, better divergence, etc .
I'm satisfied.
