Simply Fabulous !!
If it's up for vote I like T-shirts over Polo's
I'm open for either t-shirt or polo, but would prefer either black or white as a shirt color.
Here's my logo idea for SELEM 8. It's a play on #8/infinity/RGB.

I'd vote for a non-black tshirt over a polo. To be honest, the SELEM polos aren't really appropriate for the places/times I wear polos so I have never worn any of them and at my age is really isn't cool to wear black tshirts anymore. But I understand that many people like them. To be honest, I don't really need a shirt. I have too many as it is. I hope I didn't rain on the shirt parade.
Dude, if you have the balls to wear a "shimmering pink little number" at SELEM this year, I'll pay for your hotel out of my own pocket. (Airfare is still on you though...) I think it would be worth it to see you in Sergeant Pepper regalia!
I'm down with it!
Priceless!
I like your design, Greg. It would work well when embroidered on a white polo. Alternately, I could have it printed on a t-shirt, but in my experience T-shirts don't last very long, which is why I've always gone with the polo shirts in the past.

If we end up going the polo route, is it drastically more expensive to go with a golf polo type material. One that wicks away sweat and is a little more stretchy. The polo from last year had such thick material and was kind of scratchy to wear. Plus very very hot in the summer.
I wear the Pangolin T-shirt that many of us got last year 100 times more often then I wear the SELEM polo, but I would like to display the SELEM to the public more. I know I will wear a SELEM T-shirt more often than a Polo, and yes probably wear it out fast, but at least its not collecting dust in my closet.
I will be happy with either just to document that I was there but I will wear the T-shirt more often.

I still like the logo I made a couple years back, would have to update the year obviously
I will check into the cost of getting both Polo and T-shirts made. Maybe we can offer people a choice of one or the other...
As for the material, we've typically gone with a knit cotton blend. I can see if they have a lighter-weight material though.
Any other logo submissions?
