    Default Single mode diode question

Which of the 3 generally available single mode diode gives the best beamsize/divergence ?
    That are case isolated.
When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.

All the diode in the RGB combo are case isolated/neutral and have amazing beam specs.

    DTR,

Aren't there 180 mw versions of the red & blue? For some reason that's what I remembered was in your bundle...

It has always been the same diodes. Maybe you saw a post where they were being run @ 180mW which is not hard for the red and blue.
