which kind of diodes in the a250v

Anyone knows which diodes are in the a250v?

Or more in general, are all the a-series the same 3-bond diode and all m-series the 4-bond diode?

Yes the A250 has 24 3-bond A series diodes. The A141, A151, A251, ect... has 18 4-bond M diodes and 5 3-bond old A style diodes for a total of 23 diodes. The M140,M150,M250, ect.... are the same as all the AXX1's with 18 4-bond wire M diode and 5 3-bond A diodes if this makes sense.
