Correcting ld with pair prisms

Wow - that's a picture I haven't seen in a long time. But yeah, that's the way we used to do things back in the day...

For the record, that's about 8 mw of red from the HeNe and ~ 11 mw of green from the pointer. The Argon was making between 15 and 20 mw of blue (488).

Would you believe I still have everything pictured in that photo still sitting upstairs somewhere? Sheesh!

I had three AOM's back in those days, but I never hooked them up.

The plan (obviously) was to color-modulate prior to the trichro.
