    Not a good option if you want to retain the ability to remove the FB3's for any reason (dry hire, etc)
    To use those you'll need to remove the rear FB3 plate, remove the SMT light guide, refit those and maybe leave the rear panel off. And thats if you can get a bend like shown in the picture (the pipes supplied are straight, and they don't recommend a tight radius like shown, so the pic is misleading)

    I have some pipes with an adaptor that is 5mm external diameter and 3mm internal. The hole in the FB3 is 5mm. IF I can find an 90 degree SMT style light guide with centres the same as the FB3 one, but with a 3mm diamter, then I can change them out, and the adaptor can be plugged/unplugged easily, and the FB3 still pretty much remains untouched for standalone operation (bar a small gap around the output hole)

    Ok, I don't really have the time to undertake this project now, much as I'd love to.
