    Default 2W 638nm and 3.2W 445nm laser modules

    Hi!

Unhurriedly for sale my red and blue laser modules.

    RED
4x mitsu ML501P73 diode setup based on "dave's" optics kit, my harware and my driver. TEC cooled (PWM). Overtemp, overpolarity protection.

    some specs:

Power consumption.......6A@12V / 4A@24V (internal dc dc converter allows the use of various power supplies)
Optical output..............2W guaranteed / 2.4W real (diodes overloaded by 20%)
    Beam size....................~3.8x3.8mm
    Beam divergence..........~1.3(hor)x0.6(vert) mrad (full angle)
    Polarization..................mixed
    Aperture position..........28mm
    Size............................140x100x55mm

    BLUE
Classic 2x "M140 1.6W" diode setup based on "dave's" hardware and my driver. Beam is corrected using a prisms pair. TEC cooled (PWM). Overtemp, overpolarity protection.

    some specs:

Power consumption.......8A@12V / 5A@24V (internal dc dc converter allows the use of various power supplies)
Optical output..............3.2W guaranteed / 3.5-3.6W real (diodes overloaded by 20%)
    Beam size....................~4x4mm
Beam divergence..........~1.7(hor)x0.4(vert) mrad (full angle, fast axis can be changed using the prism magnification re-setup)
    Polarization..................linear
    Aperture position..........28mm
    Size............................130x80x60mm

How is the inside of the red configured? I cant tell with the diodes emitting. It is knife edged or is it combined with a cube? Do you have any pictures of the inside of the red without it emitting?

Looks like the blue is a nice knife edge.

    These are really nice looking.

    Hi everybody,

Initially 2 diodes stacked on a knife, then combined on PBS with the second diode pair and finally corrected on the cyl. telescope. Nothing complicated in configuration.
How is the inside of the red configured?
    And how much you give?
How much would be the red one?
