    Hi Poul!

I had the same issue with a similar driver (MGL-H driver for up to 10W 808nm LD)
I've sent an email with a photo of my driver to sales@cnilaser.com and after 3 days they answered me.

My problem was also to identitify the pots. All of the TECs and the diode current pots were identitify on the photo.

    Have a try.

    Best Regards :
    Ferenc

Hello Epyn. Could you post the picture with the description of each pot? It would be great since that would help allot of other members that have the same problem aswell.

    Thanks in advance!!!

It might be worth looking to see if there is any thing on the sinkscreen under the pots?

    Johan!

This is the photo i've sent CNI to identify the important pots for re-tune the laser head's temperature because i've replaced the original 5W 808 nm diode to 10W.

This is an MGL-H-532 analogue modulation driver board.

i've bought the laser from Andy-Con.

Silkscreen on the board under the trim pots, you would need to lift the pots off to see

    Hi epyn.

Know i asked on the "small" driver. But we have also the large one as you posted a pic of yesterday.
I have a pic of all the pot on the large driver. If any is interested.

But don't know if the small driver can handle the same current as the big older one ? Any experiance here.
    Normally the 1 watt CNI H makes around 1.2.-1.4 watt @ 4.4-4.6 amps. Beleave it's a 5w Ir source.
You replace to with a 10W version insted. What current, power (2 or 2,5w?) and beam spec do you get them ?
Can the Nd:YVO4 crystal and KTP Crystal handle that ?

I just second that what Johan posted :
    It would be great
    Im interested

My driver does up to 6.4A (i think because it's for an 1W 532 nm head)
She can does more amperes though but didn't figured out how I solve it yet.
Might it be a resistor to replace.Have to back up to draw the circuit diagram.
Once i did it i will post the schematics who interested.
    -Im experienced in electronics also-

This laser head from andy_con as i said.
He sold me as 'not in good condition'.
In fact there wasn't any problem with the laser though only needed some intracavity align.
Here is the result(note that on the right picture there wasnt installed the collimator optics.)

I think my MGL-H head can handles the 10W pump diode since it has large Xtals and If there is a proper PSU.
Only the diode needs 10 amperes.
    Oh, i have 23A PSU anyway(from a YLODed PS3)
