    Default Startech 4 port USB2 extenders (USB2004EXT2) 3 available

Ok, so I was originally intending to supply these as part of a package with my FB3 stage box, but I simply don't have the time for the project.
So I'm selling them separately if people are interested in picking them up at less than retail price.

These are new in box, parts still sealed in the plastic bags, etc and come with power adaptors for UK, EU and US I believe

The cheapest I can find them for is ~£250 each in the UK

I'm looking for £180 each, INCLUDING worldwide delivery*

Please PM me if you want to discuss purchase or any details like shipping costs

    Cheers

    Adam

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

In case anyone is interested I just had to get a few quotes for shipping to Germany and Australia. Germany is about £20 via UPS in 2-5 working days, Aus is ~£37 in 1-4 days, or ~£30 in 7-10 days
I would imagine most of Europe to be similar to the German quote.
    US will be about £23

Perhaps if I say £200 inc any worldwide delivery (unless you're on a remote island only accessible by twice monthly boats!), that makes it a bit easier, or £190 if you're in the UK

    Hi Norty,

Are these 100% reliable? Do you know of anyone who has experienced problems? What is the longest extension distance you have pushed these in a noisy environment? I have been waiting in vain for the official FB3 wireless solution and it appears this may not ever happen...

I've not experienced any issues, and reports from most people using them seem to be very satisfied. I'm not in a position to guarantee reliability, but to date I'm very happy.

I have a 60m drum of cat5e runs, so in my use they're always on the end of 60m of cable, regardless of actual distance required. This is usually tied up with/run over or under or alongside power, video, DMX and speaker cables and no issues encountered.

Certainly, from my perspective, these are the 'magic bullet' as far as simplifying my cable structure, and to date, these seem to be a) the most popular solution and b) the most robust.

I have been waiting in vain for the official FB3 wireless solution and it appears this may not ever happen...
I'm not sure there was ever planned a wireless solution was there?

I've pushed these to over 200' and never had a single issue. Running 3x FB3 + 1x Enttec DMX box directly attached to the remote end. I hear you can get away with running a powered hub on the remote side for even more ports...

So far I've only put about 20 show hours and many, many more development hours on it and it's been perfect. In fact, I'd pick one of these up if I didn't already have a spare...

Ok, I've got one left that I was saving for emergencies...

I've now got an emergency, my main laptop died at a festival at the weekend and I need to buy one to get me through the next couple of gigs.

So, as per the original listing at the top, one extender available.

Drop me a PM or I probably won't see any replies here quickly enough.
