    Martin, when you say red = 2000hrs, is this MTBF or a percentage drop in output from new?

    Same! I agree I really don't like the yellows on 520nm!
    532nm all the way!

    All that complaining about bad modulation with 532nm is majorily because some people buy cheap. 532nm really isn't that bad but you have to get quality to get a good modulation (as they save on proper PID and TEC quality on the lower end systems) also the awsome beam spec of 532nm is unbeatable aside from OPSL or gas.

    Since there is no blue in the color yellow, I don't understand how more blue would help things.

    Simple, you need to compensate with a native 577nm yellow
