I'd recommend going for it anyway, if you're looking for a new job. Who knows which of the listed requirements are necessary and which are filler? Could be they really really need someone with very practical experience to build things, but loaded up the job description with things they might wish for because of the responsibility and pay they anticipate. They have other positions too, and may make a special one for an (ahem) older optomechanical person rather than a computer peckin geek who, like many others, know how to reinvent the wheel with Zeemax.
