    That's not very likely Bill... Andy is in the UK! While we have been talking about a summer meeting (SELEM), he wasn't planning on traveling to the US to attend. (Though Liteglow was...) I still need to meet with the hotel manager in NC to verify a few things, but it's looking good for a late July 2007 meeing. Details to follow in a couple weeks, assuming everything works out.
    I see that it will be beneficial for me to put on a little tutorial about "near-field convergence" and "far-field convergence".
    If we do that again at the next meet, I'd like to get some good video of it. (Saddly, most of the video of FLEM turned out like crap because my camera's auto-focus was hosed up.)

    Hey Steve-O;

    There isn't a thread *YET*... I'm still working out details. Give me a week or two to iron out a couple things before we start promoting like mad. (Don't want a repeat of last year, where we built up a lot of interest and then had to cancel because we couldn't get the venue lined up.) But I take it from your post that you're in!

    ok well i got annoyed with the two beams not being perfect so...

    i decided to do things properly and a tip for anyone else doing this... use a ruler and measure things LOL

    mounted the two lasers, dichro and galvos on a solid bit of wood, measured everything and it took about 10mins to line the beams up perfect
