Vertical and horizontal scan problem

I have just bought a Kvant Atom 800 rgb unit .. I am running it on Quick Show Fb3 .. the ilda test pattern looks ok but , when I try to project static horizontal or vertical line the it does not project .. , if I rotate the line then it projects , but not at vertical and horizontal ... It also effects some other animations with horizontal and vertical lines ...
I Already wrote a mail to the seller , I thought some one might help me out here also

It was the safety system switched to scanner , when I have switched to input , everything works ok ...
