Thanks! Looking for a cube to PBS a pair of Osram PL520 or possibly a pair of Osram PLP520-B1. Not sure if I would need waveplates for either of these diodes, but I'd start with the cube.

About the cube vs 520nm, I did tests with my Kvant 3W and so far the AR coating is very efficient (under 1% reflected), but I can't reach a good result for transmission/reflection of the beam. Out of 780mW in, only 550 goes out, the other is reflected at 90°. So I assume either these Nichia 1W diodes have not a good polarization ratio, either there is already some polarization change into the Kvant 3-Nichia-diodes modules... Maybe you'll have more luck with Osram single diodes?
