Yea, I have not been around here much, life gets busy sometimes. Between bills and random insanity around here I have been a bit preoccupied. Mostly bills though: Money got tight.

Nope: No Gigawatt laser...

As far as this being my site: Hardly, You guys run the show I'm more of a Janitor around here in the fact that I have all the keys and try not to get in the way.

Hi Spec ....

due to PL becoming more popular than ever, I know that the increased bandwidth, gallery download usage ... and file storage all adds to extra hosting costs .... and we are enjoying this site at your expense

would it be possible to set up a paypal button ( like most forums do ) and i would ( and i guess many here ) would be willing to donate a few bucks / quid to help with the running costs and also secure the site for the future

im sure PL will only get bigger

I'd send a bit too, it needs to be a constant now, so it ought to help pay the bills. One idea might be to extend the group buy section like a kind of shop that pays a percentage toward upkeep. Another possibility is mirror sites to host some of the more frequently grabbed files.
