Laser Warning Mr. Christmas Holiday Projectors - new for 2014

While netsurfing this morning I came across this little guy. Very little information on it, but there are about 25 minutes of YouTube videos showing the cartoon sequences set to holiday music.

Priced at ~ $280. Anyone seen these locally yet?

I assume that's the new pangolin projector.
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

I was wondering that myself! Perhaps Uncle Bill will be allowed to give us a YES or NO indication.

Another site listing the same product says they are not going to be available until the end of October. That would be a shame if they miss the halloween market. There is one halloween sequence in the box.

I wonder if the videos are of a production unit or a pre-production prototpe... trying not to read too much in to the fast-shutter-speed videos currently available. Lots of rounded corners, though.

With a low mounting, I wonder how they're going to get around the cats scratching your garage door problem as they chase the green squiggles on the door?

Those galvos are pretty crappy so they are probably low end Chinese stuff.

Could be. Or could be the amps. Or a ridiculously underspec'd power supply. Or all three. We won't know until someone tears one down.

"That" unknown projector from "Them" is RGB and is Eyesafe capable as described at the SLEME meeting (Secret Laser Equipment Made by Elvis)

I doubt Die Alte Alleininhaber of Pangolin would EVER allow the release of anything where you can count the frame rate by hand.
Which you can in the Mr. Christmas Video.

If its anything like the RED Mr. Christmas, my local drug store will sell all of them for 50$ the day I'm on a business trip after New Years.

I should have rented the space under my name for advertising.
    When I still could have...
