Followup on the HANTEK PPS2116A: I like it a lot. Voltage reading is within a few mV, and the blue output button lets you turn the output on and off without losing your settings. Switching between CC and CV mode works well, and indicator lights tell you where you're at. I have not had a chance to put the output on the scope, but ripple specs are pretty good. I haven't drawn much power from it yet, so the fan has not come on, so it's nice and quiet for low-power applications. I have also not tried the USB interface or the control / graphing software, but if I do I'll let you know what I think.
