    I headed up to the local mountains to grab some pics of the lunar eclipse.

    What camera did you use?
    You did an excellent job capturing the transition during the eclipse!

    Metrologic HeNe 3.3mw Modulated laser, 2 Radio Shack motors, and a broken mirror.

    Thanks! I used a Nikon D3200 through an 8" newtonian. Approx 1200mm focal length.

    Thanks. I just wish I was set up better to take planetary pics e.g. teleconverter but I was there for the moon's eclipse party. That and I forgot that Jupiter would be above the horizon at that time fo the morning.
